A few nights ago I went on their website to book 4 tickets to Cancun. I received an error message and assumed my reservations did not go through so I then went to Expedia's Website and booked my flights thru their website. When I received my credit card statement, Ultimatefares charged me for my entire trip so I called their Customer Service.
