A hint for avoiding disappointments with food delivery personnel: that thing in your kitchen with the knobs on it is a range and you can actually prepare and cook food on it that you buy at a grocery store. It saves money and time. Check into it and you won't have to rely on someone bringing you food.

You can dispute the LexisNexis info. I did a quick search and they have a procedure to do so. Start at this link: https://personalreports.lexisnexis.com/access_your_full_file_disclosure.jsp. This will lead you to the process of finding out what info they have on you, how to correct it, etc. Good luck. One quick thought: have you had any other problems or odd thing occur in the near past concerning credit, etc? Perhaps someone had used your identity for nefarious deeds, who knows? But, get the info they have on you and go from there.

You never mentioned how you were continuing with your "online college" courses, but don't worry because any degree you get solely from one of those "online college" things will no doubt be considered worthless by a discerning potential employer. As to Verizon, just make sure you don't pay them anything and take any small hit from their reporting you to collections. "Never pay for something you don't owe" is something you probably don't learn in any college. Just common sense.

Hr Block #1666508
Next year start by purchasing the H&R Block tax software DVD for around $35 depending on how complicated your return is. Load it onto your computer and just follow directions. Easy and simple. As for the 1095A I have never had to submit it to the IRS or anyone---they get a copy direct from your insurance company so they know you have insurance, etc. Sounds like you have a different problem with your return. IRS should send you, by mail, what is wrong with it so you can correct it. They must have told you the reason for the refund/processing delay. IRS has a website where you can check on your refund yourself. Don't rely on H&R Block to do the contacting, etc. Do it yourself either by checking the IRS website or, better yet, calling IRS and finding out what the problem is. Paying someone $300 to do an uncomplicated tax return is just wasting your money.

Lowe's hires subcontractors to do their installations. Some are good, others are not. It is always best to hire a guy on your own to do the work and you two can agree on where the cabinets, etc. come from and what kind, etc. Allowing a big box store like Lowe's to do everything is a recipe for problems. You can get a free consult with an attorney to see what you can do if the damage caused by Lowe's installers is worth your legal costs. One of life's lessons.

You indicate you paid via a credit card. They have apparently said they would refund the money so wait a reasonable length of time and if nothing then dispute the charge with your credit card company. At least you did the smart thing and didn't pay with a debit card! Once you get your refund you might want to alert your dental insurance company of the fact that they apparently paid money for unacceptable dental products for you and that any monies they paid on your behalf should also be refunded to them. If you want good dentures and good dental work, find a dentist in private practice, unaffiliated with a chain dental mill.

You should come to the conclusion that you have wasted alot of money over the years. Put some money aside each month, say the AHS payment you would pay and then when/if you have a problem that needs fixing, pay for it with the saved money---plus, you can pick your own local company to do the repairs instead of who-knows-who AHS would send. We hear you and commiserate but what you describe seems to be rather common nowadays. Your solution, of course is to not accept anyone who has UHC for insurance. Accepting or not various insurance plans is common in the health care field for the very reason you complain. The insurance companies and/or the government, ie., medicare, medicaid now set the payments to providers, not the providers themselves. You can bill all you want, but they pay what they want and that's it. My advice is to stop providing services, etc. to those with insurance that doesn't pay enough to meet your expenses.

Find her a dentist in private practice who can recommend the dental service(s) she needs and either do it himself or refer to a specialist for extractions, etc. And, of course you might want to spread the word about the treatment Aspen provided to your mother. They got the new card number because your card issuer allowed them to bill the new card even tho the old one was cancelled. Complain and dispute the charge with the card issuer and most probably just cancel the card entirely and find a new credit card issuer. As for Sirius, your complaint is a common one and a good reason to not subscribe to Sirius and give them a card number. Merrell is now a part of Wolverine World Wide corporation and "The Company sources a majority of its footwear from numerous third-party manufacturers in the Asia Pacific region" according to a web search I did. This means your boots probably were manufactured in some foreign land and sold in the US. That about says it all, doesn't it about the presumed quality of their products. Take a look at the tag or info inside the boot and see if it says where made. Even if it says "made in USA" all that means is that the leather, etc. probably came from Asia of unknown quality and they slapped it all together here, thus the "made in USA" tag. Or, if they are really honest and it says made in some foreign land, next time you buy a pair of boots, find a brand still made in USA. There are a few, a very few.

I always find the hammer they use to tap it down with and tap it down again myself.
