Rhinoshield responded by saying it was customer negligence, which makes no sense to us. This paint was supposed to be the last paint job we will ever need.
Care free?!-it immediately failed and we asked several times for help. Their response was that it was our fault...
Immediately started bubbling and peeling. Any complaints are met with hostility and denying responsibility. Did not come to examine the house, sent pics and still refused responsibility. Would not honor warranty.
House now has to be resided completely as it is rotting from under the paint. This is a big expense!
