i arranged for a trade in of watch and phone but was not sent proper packaging. when i called to try to rectify situation, the associate gave me misinformation - he was useless. his name was something like "camraj." he told me i need an IME # for the watch i am trading...

Your watch must be a gps model and not a cellular model. Check with Verizon. They probably only accept the cellular models.
