I placed an order on January 7, 2022 and Chewy shipped a partial of my order. To date I have not received the pet pen And called their customer service. The rep who called herself, Melissa, offered to refund what I paid for the dog pen or reorder, which would take 3-5 business days, unguaranteed. I told Melissa I ordered the dog pen on the assumption that it would ship and get to me within two weeks, as advertised. I waited this long only to be told that I would have to wait longer, or get my money back after waiting. I told Melissa that I would never order from Chewy again because of its false advertisement and misleading delivery information. Melissa responded, would you like for me to deactivate your account? You have not resolved my issue, holding my money hostage, and now you want to deactivate my account???? Be warned. This unethical, misleading, and discourteous company will victimize you too. Stay away. Filing a consumer complaint report with the state and federal bureau and BBB. So awful! Shame on you for hiring unhelpful, rude, and inconsiderate staff like Melissa.
