Uber - I have been trying to dispute unauthorized charges on my account for two days. I am getting nowhere on this. I would have expected more from your company.

Someone who was not authored to do so signees me up for a monthly program for $24.99 a month. I have not used In quite awhile. We are experiencing very serious health issues. I did not check my auto pay account until yesterday and found out Uber has been paid for this program for many months. I have tried for two days to try to get this monthly charges cancelled and reimbursement. So far no one has helped me and I am totally frustrated.
