I have been waiting since October of last year to receive a $20 gift card for having the worst service from your Woodlawn, OH location. The Manager at that time was very rude and my order was all wrong. However, after speaking with you guys this week, one of the supervisors decided to load $20 in credits to the Popeye's app after I was told to download it. Meanwhile, I still don't have the credits.
