Planet Fitness - Help with account

I canceled my subscription over 1.5yrs ago and just realized that money were still coming out of my account recently. I called and spoke to someone about it and they told me that there was no record of my cancellation and I said how could this be cuz I called in and the person walked through it with me while canceling. Then I was told that they don't do constellations over the phone but the young lady managed to cancel my subscription over the phone this time. So at this point I'm very confused, I need a resolution. P.S. I have yet to receive a call from the General Manager....
