Chewy - Disappointed with overall experience

A few years ago, I would have given them a 5 hands down. Chewy would always make things right if something came damaged but not so much these days. The customer service reps do not seem to be cheerful or relatable like they once were. These days, if I have to call for any reason, I am glad when the call is finished because they no longer make me feel like a valued customer. I have been on their auto-ship for several years. I was always satisfied, but now recently I am not so happy with their service.

I agree with you. I'm their customer more than 10 years since they started their site as (They changed the name to later).

I liked their service and customer service was excellent.

Now, when you e-mailed or chat, they seems to use the over seas call center and just read the manual and pointless response. I want to close my account soon.
