Amazon - Account is locked

After two attempts of sending them the requested proof to unlock my account they were unable to unlock my account stating that they could not verify my debit card on file and after two attempts of that they decided that they want to close my account I requested them to give me a refund for the Amazon prime and Amazon prime music that I paid for and I haven't been able to use those paid services cuz I've been locked out of my account so I requested a refund they still have not given me a refund I have told them that I will no longer be using their services after they close this account I am beyond displeased with their services and their inability to provide a reason as to why they couldn't unlock my account or why they locked it in the first place
