I have paid RS 3709/- on Jan 6th because of their server problem my money hasn't credited they have initiated refund on Jan 6th till date I'm not received my money I have sent somany mails and called customer support team again and again they are replying same answer that is your money will credit within 24 to 48 hours but till date I'm not received

User's recommendation: Please don't wait for 24 to 48 hours go to consumer court.

Dear sir I have paid RS 3709/- on Jan 6th for my dues via Google pay and the transaction has successful I have received mail from dhani payment successful for dhani after half-an-hour again I received mail because of server problem your amount has not updated and we have initiated refund till date I'm not received my money somany times I have sent mail to support@***.com my bank statement but no response I have called customer support every two days they are replying within 24 to 48 hours you will get the amount no action has taken I'm wondering about my money

User's recommendation: If you facing the problem like this please go to consumer court.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

I have submitted all the documents which they have asked transaction screen shot, refund initiated screen shot, bank statement. They simply send massage in the app your query has resolved if any issue send the documents to documents@***.com mail id I have sent to that id but I received reply you have mistakenly sent the email to this id I'm ready to go consumer court

After ten days again they asked me to send transaction details but there is no path to send in the app I have tried but simply they send massage give us time to check your query status this will made the customer to depress
