2K Sports - My 2k account was banned for no reason!!

My account was banned for absolutely no reason. My and friend was playing an My park game and we was winning and then all of the sudden it banned me!! I would like to know if I would be unbanned or not because Ive spend countless hours, effort, and money, as well as my friend that was banned! Please let me when I will be unbanned because 2k22 is literally the only game I want to play lol! Thank you!!
