Planet Fitness - Cancel plan

So unhelpful. They wont let me cancel my plan. Ive sent a stupid letter and called multiple times and I still am unable to cancel my plan.

User's recommendation: Don’t get a plan there because you’ll never be able to cancel it.

Planet Fitness - Not helpful

I live over an hour and cant come in to cancel my plan and they wont let me cancel over the phone. Very unhelpful
