Rockstar Games - Had made a report multiple times and says it's been delt with but has not

Have made a report about car that disappeared and it was upgraded for 1 mil and had all available upgrades for my level then they sent me 95,000 and said it was resolved thats the value of the car when its not upgraded but when you upgrade it at bennys it cost1 mil and i already get the car for free
