I still do not have service, even after getting a new number and paying for minutes!

I have had Tracfone for a number of years with NO complaints or issues. At the beginning of each month, I buy my monthly minutes ... If I forget, they send me a friendly reminder....

Please know that when TracFone Wireless receives a request from another carrier to port or transfer a number, federal regulations require us to release the number, so long as the port request contains all required information. TracFone Wireless does not share your information with the other carrier. With a port, it is the other way around.

We receive information from the other carrier requesting that the number be transferred to it, and only verify that the information we received accurately reflects account information in our systems. These regulations are meant to ensure that customers can freely move their numbers if they choose to switch carriers.
