Uber - Cancellation

I had placed an order and it never arrived due to no driver. Ubun then dropped and cancelled. I then relaxed my order for it again not to be picked up so I cancelled. I am now being charged for the order that I never received. Poor customer service via the only way you can communicate with some one which is text This should be illegal
