Uber - Refund Not Credited

I had two trips back to back both canceled by the driver. One cancellation fee was credited the other has not. It's been 7 business days. It shows I was credited but it has not reached my credit card as of yet. My trip was 1/4/22. I cannot find an option in the app to resolve my problem. Help!

User's recommendation: Know your pickup location, speak up to the driver (I had two rude ones) and the company (if possible).
