Binance - Because costumer service doesn’t respond me

I tried to open the account step 1& 2 went fine when came to my address somehow it doesnt go through Well this is the only address I have and gave all the info requested I know it was delivered so why no one gives me a response ? Thank you Reference # 210****! I was told my info would be entered manually but your tech people but no one cares it seems Step one & two work fine step 4 gets stuck it appears sone problem with the address there are different places with the name Booth but this is in Gaithersburg.MD 20878 and my apt # 434 whats wrong I giving the right & legal info ? Only for your system to refuse it. I dont understand it Thank you Lena
