Comcast - In Wilmington MA, the service and prices are out of date and too high.

We dropped our land line and cable. The bill went down less than $25.00 a month for the slowest internet service around. I am done paying top dollar for horrible service! Already switched and saved $50.00 a month for higher speed.

Comcast - They overcharge for minimal service after the 2 year initiation.

We had been loyal customers for many years. We dropped our land line and cable service to save on services we no longer used. The monthly charges changed in a minimal amount, and increased significantly with low internet speeds. I am done with Comcast!

User's recommendation: Do not get started. It’s lovely in the beginning, but once the abusiveness starts, it never ends.
