I went in the first time and was asked if I wanted to sign up for a plan for a discount. I signed up for 2 months.
I found it difficult to get back in because of lack of transportation. I went in again and asked for a cancelation form. I signed the cancelation form, and gave it back to the girl. She said she would process the cancelation
However, I was still charged for another month.
I called to ask why I was still being charged. The girl said she couldn't find any cancelation form from me. I continued calling to ask the girl about my form. She said she was waiting for approval from her supervisor.
However, she never returned my call nor was she anything but snooty and dismissive.
I never was refunded. So, I called my credit card company. I told them what happened. They suggested I cancel my account, (my card).
So I did. I was charged l believe over 200 dollars for at least 6 adjustments I never received.
I was happy with my chiropractor and the adjustments I received, however, I did not anticipate having been charged for services I never received.
Most people are not wealthy enough to pay for charges that are for nothing. I feel that is unethical and immoral. I feel the customer service was horrible and dishonest.
It's obviously a total scam.
I'm extremely disappointed and upset. Don't sign up for the discount or any membership!
If you can't use them within the time limit, or anticipate future events, you will regret it.
Since you will never be refunded for unused services.
