Uber - Charge
I cancel my trip because my ride kept delayed longer and longer and I had to go to work, I canceled and they charged me to compensate the driver INCONVENIENCE seriously! What about my inconvenience.
Now you telling me that I have to pay your mediocre driver for wasting my time and made me late for work. That is poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Stop waisting the customers time and charge them, that is scam.
Uber - Charge
I booked a ride with Uber on the 12/28/2021, my driver was stacie, I wanted to go home to get ready tor work. When I booked the app said my ride was 3 minutes away, then it kept delaying from 3 mins to 4 mins to 6 mins to 8 mins to 10 mins and I tried cancel because I didnt have that much time in my hands, I canceled it and they charged me $6.25 cents for the driver inconvenience, what about my INCONVENIENCE?
I had to go to work just like the driver was. I decided to contact before I call my bank.
So you guys telling that I have to pay for waisting my time and lying to me about the driver ETA. SMH.
