Travel2Be - Not able to get in touch with their customer service through call or email

I have been trying to get in touch with them since my booking in 2020 but not able to get in touch with them for credit voucher through email numerous time but no one ever contacted me or email me. It is so hard for me to even get in touch with them

Thus I have get in touch with Qatar to get my credit voucher in 2020 and Qatar is helpful to assist me with them.

However, as Qatar is not able to extend my credit voucher validity, they have kindly issue an refund to me as a solution but it will be refunded to Travel2Be as I have booked using their website.

I have been trying to get in touch with them since but all method is not available at all. Can someone please help on this

Please send an e-mail to customer.service@travel2be.com, from the e-mail you indicated when making the reservation, mentioning only the Booking ID (8-digit code that appears in the confirmation e-mail) in the subject and we will inform you of the next steps.

Hi Travel2Be, Thanks for replying me. I have email and called your Customer Service through the email address provided on 12 Jan 2022 and gotten a Reference Number of 466****.

However, it is been 7 days and I am still did not get a reply from any of your Specialized Agent. Could you please get 1 of them to get in touch with me as Qatar have agreed to refund the amount but I would just need to get Travel2Be to get the refund process settled since I brought the ticket from Travel2Be.

It have been more than 1 month and I am still not able to get a response from anyone in your team. Appreciate you could get back to me as soon as possible before further action will be taken.
