Liberty Healthshare - HORRIBLE BILLING SERVICE AND LYING CUSTOMER SERVICE

THEY OWE ME REIMBURSEMENTS FOR JULY AND AUGUST. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 2 1/2 MONTHS FOR JULY AND STILL NO CHECK. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET MORE LIES. TERMINATED WITH THEM AUGUST 31st. THANK GOODNESS FOR MEDICARE NOW! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. IT'S JUST TOO STRESSFUL. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WITH THE DOCTORS OR LABS BUT IT'S THE HEADACHE OF DEALING WITH THE BILLING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENTS. THEY SEND YOU AN EMAIL THAT YOUR BILL HAS BEEN PROCESSED BUT THEN YOU WAIT FOREVER TO GET YOUR CHECK. WHY IS THAT?????? DOING THIS SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY RECOURSE AND THAT TO ME IS VERY UNFORTUNATE.
