Securus Technologies - Refund to correct address/Your system put the wrong address

I close my account and asked for a request on the balance. The automated system would not get my address correct. I tried multiple times. It submitted the address without me approving it and the check will be mailed to another address. It would not let me type it in and I was not able to contact a live person. My address that it should be mailed to is 25115 Briggs Rd. Romoland CA 92585

User's recommendation: Make the automated system more friendly usable.
