Findmypast - I have been trying to get in touch with FMP both with email and telephone and just kept on hold and then switch off after a quarter of an hour each time.

I had a subscription with you for 3 months,I upgraded it and was switched to a full subscription. It stated that I had 14 days but when I went to cancel it says that the cancellation was only if I hadnt used the site. I have had several subscription with you over the years and am now 90 and cannot afford it. I am confused and am unable to get in touch with customer services. I sent an email yesterday and already spent 20 mins this morning on the phone,I have now been holding on the phone to you and is registering 29 mins This is not customer service. joankinsella03@***.com ref for payment 678832 Please advise Joan Kinsella
