Rude behaviour of uber driver

My self Shubhropratim Mitra, I am COVID-19 patient. I have booked UBER through my app for come to my home at 5:15 approx. His name is Ashok and car No. is 4816.When he entered into hospital, he have not reached proper place to pick me rather he have shouted upon me that " I am cancel the trip".After cancelling the trip he ran away from hospital. So I am logging this complain against him. Please take action against him. N. B.:- I WILL NOT PAY ANY EXTRA SINGLE PENY FOR NEXT TRIP AGAINST THIS CANCELATION OF DRIVER WITH HIS RUDE BEHAVIOR.
