I placed an order with Fitbit for a Fitbit Sense in December 2021. As of January 2022 nothing has been received. Tracking info shows it's out for delivery for the past several days but no delivery although the shipper has been delivering packages to the homes around me. I called Fitbit twice and was told to call back the next day and they would refund my money. When I called back, they refused to refund or take any further action and told me to work it through my credit card company.

User's recommendation: Don't do business with Fitbit. They may take your money and not deliver a product.
