Uncommon Goods - Don't bother calling for information...they will lie to you

I went out of my way to call them this morning because I couldn't get a proper answer through their site. Person who answered phone told me to order today (because I needed this gift to arrive by July 7th). I believed her. Just a few minutes ago I got an email stating delivery would be tomorrow (6/28) which is unacceptable. I called and spoke to a Nabelah who claimed they could not stop the order.

Rocket Dog - Company stinks

Never got confirmation of order. When I called they claimed didn't have the correct email. They then went on to say order being shipped (yesterday) and I would get confirmation of the shipment to the CORRECT email address I gave them...did YOU get this? because I sure didn't yet $$$ went through to them from my visa account. If you like

Perhaps you should just start going to the store and buying your own groceries. That way you can pick another item if they are out of something you want. You will also only pay for the items in your cart.

Walmart - Bad customer service and hold time on phone.

I made an order on tuesday (1/26) with a delivery date for thursday (1/28). Thursday I got an email item was delivered (NOT). Called and was told oops! we'll send a replacement to arrive today saturday (1/30), Just called and was told the "replacement" order didn't go through even though I have an email with the replacement order #. Was told if they put the order back in the system it will take another 48 hours and then another 2 days to have it delivered. Told them to cancel item and refund me and was told the issue would have to go through a manager and guess what?, will take 2 days.

User's recommendation: Unfortunately because of the pandemic I do not go out so they have me by the balls.

Aetna - Paid up insurance was arbitrarily cancelled by some clown there

I have been with Aetna for my secondary insurance for 2 years. Most recently I signed with a different branch of Aetna for secondary insurance starting 1/1/21. I by no means cancelled existing insurance since I have two scheduled doctor's appointments in the latter part of December 2020. Aetna took it upon themselves to cancel my existing insurance and to email me a notice stating that since I will have new insurance on 1/1/21 they have cancelled my existing insurance immediately. Be very careful

ATT - Being lied to repeatedly by "supervisors"

The most egregious person who claimed to be a supervisor was Kevin - employee # KG557C with whom I spoke to on 11/25/20 at 10:53 AM. He blatantly told me to wait 3-5 hours for my email to confirm the terms of my promotion were and the amount. Never got his promised email, nor did I get John's - employee # JU435T with whom I spoke also. I have 9 pages of legal pads with names, employee #s, times and dates I have spoken to these assorted clowns to get a simple email (I would settle for a hard copy) in regard to what program I am in, when does it expire and how the *** much is it. Are they all taught to lie to the customers? That was a rhetorical question...I already know the answer.

Just adding additional lies by others at PS. Just spoke to a rep named "Levy" who, after I went through the entire issue with, she said package would be here by noon (at the time, 45 minutes away). She went on to say a supervisor would call me back (where did I hear that before) and proceeded recite a phone number I never heard of. Looked it up and out of respect for the person whose number it is I will not recite it except to say I live in Dallas and this phone number was registered to a woman in Atlanta, What the *** is wrong with UPS? Wtf

UPS - Lied about attempted deliery

I waited home all afternoon for package to be delivered yesterday. At 7:15PM I saw truck pull in front of my (4 car) carport. Driver then got out with 2 large boxes and walked to another condo, came back to the truck and drove away. When I went into the UPS site right after seeing that I saw that the notation was that delivery was attempted. NOT. I was watching out the window the entire time. No knock on the door, no card left saying they attempted delivery. I called immediately after seeing that notation and ultimately spoke to a supervisor named "Merry" who asked for my statement and assured me I would get a phone call by 10AM today...did you get such a call? I guess one of the prerequisites of employment is the ability to lie. I will confront the driver when (and if) he returns today. Sad

If you saw them go to your neighbors house, why didn't you go out to make sure they had the right address? If they delivered to the wrong address it would still show up as tried to deliver.

Such a simple solution but your obviously lazy *** decided to watch out the window instead. Sigh.

Costco - BJ's needs to open in North Texas and show them how it's done.

Frisco Costco told me the following: 1. BirdsEye Voila Garlic Chicken "is seasonal." - Ridiculous 2. Never (in the 18 years she's been there) did they ever have DampRid (neither the pellets or the hanging bags) and 3. Fiber One (90 calorie cakes - neither Lemon, Coffee Cake or Chocolate Fudge) Easier for me to go up the block to Walmart (which is what I did on the way home) and purchase all of the above. Good thing I'm new to Frisco and learned my lesson fast. I will not make purchases at Costco (except for hotdog). I was there with my sister who has a membership. If I did, I would have asked for a refund. Store useless, in my opinion.

Costco carries what the company buyers think will sell. If you don't like it stay away.

Many complaints about too crowded anyway. They certainly will be fine without you.
