Houston Chronicle - Horrible delivery problems

The delivery person has poor track record getting the paper to me on time, or even at all on the same day. Have complained to him, and to customer service many many times...to no avail. One of the many customer service reps. told me there have been many complaints from other subscribers on the carrier's route. I have asked for someone who can do something about the issue to call me...no one has. I don't know what other info you need to look into this...I certainly don't want to reveal any personal data at this time, save for my email address. marvin.blum@***.com So, I'll just type enough now to get up to the 100 word requirement.
