Chevrolet - Lack of response to email

sent an email to pissed consumer almost a week ago and still have not heard anything from chevy. My wife's 2011 equinox was taken in for service and I mentioned about the high oil usage and was told that there was a warranty extension on that to 7.5 years and 125,000 miles. I understand that we are past the 7.5 years but my wife's car has less then 81,000 miles on it. We have have the work done on the engine that they recommended to solve the oil problem but feel that some sort of reimbursement to help out with the 4800.00 cost of the repair would be appropriate. No response from chevy just leads me to believe that customers do not matter to them.

User's recommendation: don't buy an equinox.
