Verizon Wireless - Too many texts

First I read on the web if you're getting too many text messages to call your carrier. I called the carrier and I was placed on number 31. I used the app on my phone and that one directed me to a call back page. That page does not function. I called Verizon and they put me on number 28. This is not very good business

  • Inability to reach anyone except sales

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

User's recommendation: Ask Verizon to rectify this.
