Suddenlink - Terrible service!

I have been without phone or internet since August 24. The tech came and discovered there was a problem with the underground wire.

He ppromised it would be fixed in 8 to 10 days. Later, I found out by calling tech support, that the repair would take place on August 6 beteen 8 and 4. No one came. I called tech support again and waited forever to talk with someone.

They promised to expidite this repair and have somone out today between 2 and 4. A tech came to lay a new wire but did not have the equipment to dig the hole. I called tech support again and wad told that the previous person that I talked with on the phone did not ecpidite this, but he did and gave me a numbet for it. He could not tell me if anyone else would come out today.

No one came. So, I called again and waited 15 minutes before talking with someone with excuses, but no answers. They claimed someone should be calling me before they came. They also said it could take 30 to 60 days to repair this.

I told her that if the techs in the field did their job that the phone would not be backed up with so many calls. I am very angry over this!
