Securus Technologies - Trying to find out where my money went

Every time my husband transfers money over to his phone they are not putting it on there until almost 2 days, and it was within 15 minutes they were putting money on there not now, and it's *** me off. They think they can do what they want because they do not have a loved one in jail or prison, and it's not funny when we always have to complain when they are not doing their job right.

User's recommendation: make sure they are doing their job.
