Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

I was charged twice for an order I received. I was charged for my original order on Dec 1 and then was charged again on the 30th of December. I talked to someone who didnt really have understanding of what I was saying to her and I felt like just kept saying yes mam I understand you didnt receive the product which that wasnt the case at all . She said she refunded my money and it would take up to 7-10 business days . But I didnt understand why my card got charged in the first place ! My money has yet still to be refunded and my bank has no pending transactions from Walmart at all . I will wait til the 10th to reach out again if I have not been refunded. I will never order from Walmart online again !
