Resolved: Fitbit - Problem with refund

I have returned the canceled Fitbit purchase and will receive my refund. This was my error in understanding procedure..

I had a problem with a refund; I had canceled an order due to an error then re-ordered but received the first canceled order and the second. I had difficulty with refunds on the canceled order. Fitbit responded very nicely and there is no further problem.

User's recommendation: Fitbit has proven itself to be customer oriented and helpful with their response.

Nothing; the problem was my error in understanding the refund policy. Fitbit has been very helpful in dealing with this issue.
