LexisNexis - I need to ask a couple of questions and I was advised to call

I was told by Progressive Insurance Company that You have me listed for 2 different Items that was not me and I was told to call you to get them straightened out! I never had a at fault accident in November of 2019 and as far as the comprehensive in May of 2018 of $1,000 or less was not me either but it was my Husband Scott Donahue! I also believe that it was his accident that was at fault also as it was not me! I need to talk with someone as Im no longer with my husband Scott and I dont want his things being blamed on me!
