MGM Grand Las Vegas - Disreputable customer service practice

To put it plainly or in layman's term--- the company did not give a rat's *** about me.

I attempted to book my accomodation at Excalibur Hotel on the Strip in Las Vegas on December 26 . starting from 2.48 p.

m Phone number 1-87*-***-****. From the outset it became obvious that the telephone system was not being monitored , and quality assurance was lacking.
When prompted to press a number, the phone failed to recognize that a number had been pressed and continued to ramble on with the remainder of the message. I repeated this exercise 3 times hoping for a different outcome each time.
Finally, saw another number General Inquiries702.597.7777 and I dialed same , spoke to a female who identified herself as Nancy. explained the existing problem to her, and even called on my home phone and allowed her to listen and become a party to the ongoing enigma.

To further compound matter, listed on the web page is the following. None for customer complaints/ requests etc.
Additionally the Contact Us does not work, and opens no tabs etc. No email address is offered

I strongly feel that the Administration of MGM should be aware of certain standards and customer service not being maintained, especially in light of the mandatory payment exacted from each visitor at any hotel in Las Vegas.
