In addition to this review, I have left other reviews on different sites and notified the BBB. Kings Honda, of course, denies they did this but I wanted the reviews up to warn other women and seniors.

I kept my old car for another week after this event and no smoke EVER showed up again!! It only occurred after I let Kings Honda have the keys to my car to check it out for a trade-in price!! A week later I drove the same car to Jeff Wyler Eastgate and bought a new Kia Soul. They checked my 2013 Soul and found nothing wrong with it - no smoke, no bad engine, nothing!!

I bought a new 2019 Soul from them and they gave me top dollar for my trade-in!! You lose, Kings Performance Honda!!!!!!!

Went there to look at a used Kia Soul and to get estimate for my trade-in (an older Kia Soul). There was nothing wrong with my car when I arrived except for a few scratches and back-up camera not working. I had just had my car in the shop with my local mechanic a few days before getting something fixed and he saw no other problems. Upon getting the quote for trade-in from Kings Honda they said my engine was smoking, could be a head gasket, and lowered the trade-in value by $2,000!!! I told them they are full of it, cussed them out saying if there is anything wrong with my car they will hear from me and left! As I was driving off smoke was coming from my tailpipe!!! I immediately drove to a Kia dealership nearby and by that time the smoke had dissipated. They checked my car and said nothing was wrong with the engine!! I am so mad I can't see straight!!! This is why used car dealers have such bad reputations. And I am a woman so they think I don't know anything. I had print outs of several cars from different dealers to compare prices, I checked KBB for resale value and I had just had my checked out by my own mechanic before trying to sell it!!! These people are scam artists, will take advantage of women and deliberately sabotaged my car with some smoke bomb or something in order to lower its value!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

Jeff Wyler Fairfield Kia - Mike is a bad Manager!!!!!!!!!

Arrived this morning in a bad mood because I had just had two bad experiences with other dealerships. Antonio ,the salesman, was nice and understood why I was so upset (Kings Honda tried to tell me that I had a bad engine and made my exhaust smoke - Wyler said there was nothing wrong with engine!) but when manager Mike got involved it turned bad. First of all he tried to charge me more for a new car than the price on the print out I had, he did not give me standard trade-in value for my 2013 Kia Soul (did not factor in moonroof) he got snarky when I called him on his *** sarcastically he said "well, I'm having a good day", in essence, making fun of me because I was not!! He did not commiserate with me at all!! Then he got mad at me when I said I don't give a *** how you feel! I just wanted a price for trade-in and a price for a new car. He got up and said I don't have to sell you a car!! Bad people person!!!! And tried to rip me off with price!!

If you want to bawl about your feelings, go to a support group or a psychiatrist. If you want to buy a car, go to a dealer. You admitted you walked in angry so nothing anybody does short of genuflecting and veneration is going to soothe your frayed nerves, and you probably won't get a lot of that from a group of men.
