Hotekart - Never received my order and no response through email

I ordered a tv and a sectional futon it says it will ship within 3-5 days to no prevail I even tried reaching out in a email no response they took my money with no problem sent an email saying they received my order yet no response after that I will report them for fraud taking advantage of people who work hard
