Fitbit - Screen has gone blank
I recently purchased the Fit bit charge 5 and the screen has gone black with only 5 dots on the top of the screen. Associate trying to help fix the problem over the phone was unable to get it to work. I had to send a photo of the screen which I did. Waiting on a response about what the issue is and how it can be fixed. This is not my first Fitbit, I'm a repeat user of the device
