Amazon - Lack of caring from “John”
This is the second time I have not received what I ordered. I called in both times and each time I get a rep that sounds like they could give two *** less whether they can help or not. It would help if the drivers would learn how to read apt numbers, granted they are small but the numbers are in the doors. This time some of the Items I ordered were Christmas gifts, now I have to scramble to find something else. I lost 6 items because the driver didnt care, they just wanted them off their vehicle. Last time I lost a shoe rack because they dropped it off at the wrong apt. Im beyond upset at this point.
