Kaiser Permanente - Extremely frustrated and disappointed

Website is horrible. Can't make appointments, can't search for new providers, can't even look at my data. It just keeps saying this feature is unavailable at this time. I've spoken to a few reps who said they fixed the issue but haven't actually fix anything. On top of that my wifes and my provider were there for the initial visit back in July and our providers have been out ever since with no official date of return. This isn't the first time either my provider just before I made the switch, I was told the same thing. This plan has proven to be not worth the trouble and I can't get anyone online, phone or other to help fix this once and for all
