Sony - My PlayStation has been stolen

My PlayStation has been stolen I was told to contact the police and Sony but every number email or help I look into is not helpful unable to talk to a real person which means I get no help the help settings have nothing to do with stolen product so pretty much when it's stolen you're screwed and they refused to help you I've been calling them for 3 days and then getting the same thing we are currently not open at this time call between the business hours of 9:00 and 6 Pacific time well it's been 3 days and I know pacifically it's been 9 and 6 already it seems the more you try to contact them the less they are available

I would like the serial number on my PlayStation account if I am unable to be helped with this request I would like my full amount back a $400 that is including the markdown price of the console and all the games I have bought
