Verified Reviewer | Leander, TexasSuddenlink - My Cable/Internet is disconnected and I'm still being charged
Due to an accident, over 4 yrs. ago, which left me PARALYZED from the neck down. Ever since then, I've been struggling to pay for Cable/Internet, from Suddenlink. I've inquired about how to make my costs cheaper, so that I can still afford to keep it, but, to no avail. I've been using this Provider, for many years. The costs, now, are Astronomical. The price keeps rising, but my Disability check, does not. I'm aware that I owe for 1 month. I'm still being charged for this service, and, when I called them, about it, they said that I owed them $522.73 (3 months). I've gotten 'No results' or cooperation, whatsoever. Please? HELP!!

User's recommendation: Don't use Suddenlink, EVER!! They will RIP YOU OFF!! They don't care who you are.
