Resolved: Samsung Australia - Non-delivery of order

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. The next call i received was from the courier company advising that they had booked delivery for New Years Eve. Both the washing machine and dryer are installed and running fine.After waiting for so long for delivery I hope that there is never a service problem as i have heard that the service backup is just as bad.

Ordered a new Washing Machine & Dryer on 24/11/21. Was told that the delivery would take place on 6/12/21 or there about. Have made numerous phone calls to call center. Scripted answers only, which tell us that the shipment has gone to the Courier company. Obtained Con notes, but Courier Company tells us the Con notes given are not for us and are not the correct products. That they have searched by name and product codes and do not have a delivery for us. Have tried to email as well, but email response is to ring 1300 number. To date, absolutely no resolution or escalation!! At our wits end on how to proceed. It is getting to the stage where we will need to cancel this order. Have serious doubts about
