Prudential Financial - Horrible customer service
I have not been able to login to my retirement for over a week due to technical difficulties I am locked out of my annuity account because the website forced a password change then wont accept the new password I cannot get in touch with via phone due to excessive hold times - over an hour. When you call there is a selection for password help - when you select it you are immediately disconnected. The latest call after 40 min on hold I explained the situation to the rep they put me on hold and disconnected me.

User's recommendation: Stay as far away as possible - don’t let your bank sell you anything from Prudential.

Uber - Scheduled Pickup - No Car Showed

I scheduled a pickup for Dec 11th at 4:45 AM at the Hytatt Tech Center in Denver - no show - the app kept saying "finding driver" - then quit - deleted the scheduled pickup - There was no Uber available so had to hire hotel limo for $100 in order to make my flight -

Epson Projector Does not Work as Advertised

1) Purchased Epson 109W with the intention to use "PC Free" capability to run slides directly from USB without a laptop. 2) Unfortunately PC Free does not support powerpoint - but Epson does offer free software Easy MP Slide Converter to convert PowerPoint slides to its proprietary .FSE 3) However, Easy MP Slide Converter does not support current version of PowerPoint - only up to PowerPoint 2013 - a 6 year old version. 4) There is no fix - so I am out almost $1,000 to purchase a projector that cannot function for the advertised purpose for which I purchased it.

MyDlink flooding my email with spam

For the past several weeks MyDlink is sending me "event notifications" every minute - thousands of them a day. I have talked to DLink customer support and DLink technical support on multiple occasions - they have promised to correct - but obviously have not kept their promise as my email box is once again full of literally thousands of MyDLink emails. Please help

ATT - Charging without authorization

I called ATT and asked for the amount being charged each month for the past year for a specific cell number on my plan and was told "no problem, we can provide that". At NO time was I informed there would be a charge. Instead of the information for only the specific cell line I received complete statements. 5 phone calls - and two hours on the phone later - no resolution 8/6 When I got my bill I was charged $55.00 for statement reprints - when I called ATT the rep told me they charged $5.00 per statement. I didn't order statements, and if I been informed of any charges I would not have approved. At that time the rep opened a case and said I would know in 2-3 days. 45 min on phone 8/24 - not hearing I called again and was told I would be given a credit for $55.00 - but the call was disconnected in mid-conversation. 41 minutes on phone 8/24 - called back and rep said the credit had not been given and I would have to pay for the statements - disconnected mid-conversation 30 minutes on phone 8/24 - called back - rep said credit would be made and when I asked another question call disconnected - 20 minutes on phone 8/24 - called back - rep said credit was not made - put on hold - gave up - call length 20 min
