Houston Chronicle - RIDICULOUS PROCESS

I am trying to cancel my subscription which you can't do online yourself because they want to try to convince you to not cancel. So I tried the chat which is absurd. WHY SHOULD I SIGN UP AND PAY $1 to SPEAK WITH SOMEONE. I don't care if it is refundable...that is VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I guess I will go back to being put on hold and wait for two hours to NOT receive another callback.
