Fitbit - Poor product quality

my fitbit 4 ( the second one) broke where the strap attaches to the face. Fitbit says tough luck heres 35% because we want to keep you in the family. i try to buy another charge 4 oh sorry we dont make those anymore, guess i have to buy a charge 5.... oh but the discount isn't any good on that one cause its new... so what they are really saying is . to bad our product broke we dont care

User's recommendation: be ready to replace your fitbit every 12 months.
