Sony - Ps4 won't download C.O.D ww2 and can't get help from PlayStation

My ps4 has been not downloading call of duty ww2 I havent found any help from sony or PlayStation the time I tried to reach them. I tried resetting, rebuilding database everything that was suggested but nothing worked I dont want a refund or a difference system just a solution to this problem but everything I hear is the same rebuild or restart my ps4. And it feel like yall arent talking to be because u expect me to get a new one or ask for a refund Im not so please inform me on how to fix the earror code(CE-30005-8)

User's recommendation: If not fix don’t buy PlayStation it not worth $200 or $300 you can put on something else.
