Xoom - I have been calling since 8:30 and it kept saying office is currently closed yet it operates from 6am to 6pm! Nonsense!!

There is no one to talk to about the issue that I am facing, and it is a bit urgent. Where are the customers service representative? Every other remittance entity has representatives, what about zoom!
